PsillyBarz Mushroom Chocolate Bar

Premium European chocolate from Callebaut, Valrhona, or IRCA. Premium organic grown mushrooms grown in-house. 

We grow on organic coco fiber (manure and compost free) and are meticulous about making sure none remains on the mushrooms that go into our chocolates.

We use an Infinity AX commercial chocolate tempering machine. Professional equipment means high quality, perfect temper, product consistency, improved shelf life and the ability to handle large orders quickly.

BoldMaker polycarbonate molds along with a perfect tempered chocolate give the bars a highly aesthetic shiny finish. Segmented into 15 easy to break pieces, the bars are the perfect size and weight leading to an easy dosing and enjoyable eating experience.

We finely grind the mushrooms and then screen them to 40 mesh to remove all but the finest powder further enhancing the texture. No unpleasant surprise chunks of mushroom in your bar.
